1月(yue)11日,集(ji)團公司柳州經合(he)(he)山至南寧高速公路項目土建工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)№1合(he)(he)同段(以下簡稱:新(xin)柳南1標(biao))古洲(zhou)分離式立交(jiao)橋首片箱梁架設(she)(she)完成,標(biao)志項目建設(she)(she)再獲新(xin)突破(po)。
新柳南1標古洲分離(li)式(shi)立交橋首片箱梁(liang)架設完成
集團公司首次跨(kua)越雙鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)施工(gong)(gong)的古洲分離(li)式立交橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)上跨(kua)焦柳、黔桂鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu),是新柳南高(gao)速控(kong)制性(xing)工(gong)(gong)程之(zhi)一。古洲分離(li)式立交橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)全長(chang)222米,橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)外(wai)邊(bian)緣(yuan)至焦柳鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)線路(lu)(lu)中心最小水平距離(li)僅為10米,橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)到鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)之(zhi)間的距離(li)非常小,給橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁樁基施工(gong)(gong)帶來巨(ju)大挑戰。

涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)危險性較大,鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)安(an)全(quan)防護要(yao)求(qiu)嚴格,新柳(liu)南1標在(zai)(zai)涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)面缺乏相關(guan)工(gong)(gong)作經驗,辦理涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)手續(xu)困難(nan)重重。項目在(zai)(zai)不(bu)斷(duan)地探索中總結經驗方(fang)法,在(zai)(zai)走訪十多個審批部(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men),修改(gai)專(zhuan)項施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)案二十余次(ci)后,終(zhong)于完(wan)善(shan)涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)相關(guan)手續(xu),完(wan)成(cheng)19條(tiao)涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)通信(xin)光(guang)纜、信(xin)號光(guang)纜、高壓(ya)電線遷改(gai),為(wei)涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)順利(li)進(jin)行奠(dian)定基礎。焦柳(liu)、黔桂(gui)兩(liang)條(tiao)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)均(jun)為(wei)客貨兩(liang)運,車(che)流量大,24小(xiao)時運營,車(che)輛往返(fan)間隔時間短(duan),每(mei)天(tian)留(liu)給項目施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)“天(tian)窗時間”非常短(duan),橋梁(liang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)與鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)運營的(de)統籌協調(diao)成(cheng)為(wei)阻礙施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)最大難(nan)關(guan)。為(wei)確保施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)順利(li)進(jin)行,項目攜手鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)聯合開展涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),在(zai)(zai)涉(she)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)路(lu)段附(fu)近設置24小(xiao)時值班崗,安(an)裝攝像頭實時監控施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)。項目還(huan)引(yin)進(jin)2臺新型(xing)旋(xuan)挖鉆,采用更先(xian)進(jin)的(de)機械設備加快施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)度,降低(di)樁基施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)對鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)正常運營影響。

2020年9月(yue)11日,古(gu)(gu)洲分離式(shi)立交(jiao)橋正式(shi)進(jin)入涉鐵施(shi)工(gong)階段(duan),項目員工(gong)充(chong)分發揮特別能吃苦、特別能戰斗、特別能奉獻(xian)的路建鐵軍精(jing)神,克服施(shi)工(gong)“天窗(chuang)”時間(jian)(jian)短、不適應鐵路部門相(xiang)關(guan)規章制度(du)、不間(jian)(jian)斷停工(gong)等重重難關(guan),歷時四個(ge)月(yue),古(gu)(gu)洲分離式(shi)立交(jiao)橋工(gong)程(cheng)進(jin)度(du)取得(de)重大突(tu)破,順利完成首片箱梁架(jia)設,進(jin)入上構施(shi)工(gong)階段(duan)。
