1月4日,由(you)集團(tuan)公司參(can)建的賀(he)州至巴馬(ma)高速公路(都安(an)至巴馬(ma)段)三分(fen)部(以下簡稱:都巴三分(fen)部)順利完成AC-10F瀝青功能層試驗路攤鋪,標志著項目路面施工進入新階段。
1月5日(ri),項(xiang)目(mu)主線(xian)左幅(fu)最后(hou)一片(pian)40米箱梁順利架設完(wan)成,標志著項(xiang)目(mu)實現主線(xian)半幅(fu)貫通。
近日(ri),都巴三分部施工(gong)現場(chang)接連(lian)傳回喜訊,項目工(gong)程建(jian)設取得重(zhong)大進展(zhan),為項目2021年工(gong)程建(jian)設提速起好(hao)步,爭先開好(hao)局。
都巴三分(fen)部主線半幅貫通(tong)
都巴三分部主(zhu)線(xian)(xian)全長(chang)(chang)10.426公(gong)里(li),采用雙向四(si)車道(dao)高速公(gong)路(lu)(lu),設(she)計速度為100公(gong)里(li)/小時,路(lu)(lu)基寬26米,主(zhu)線(xian)(xian)跨越紅水河和G355國道(dao)。全線(xian)(xian)共(gong)有橋梁9座,隧道(dao)2.5座,設(she)有大化(hua)服務區1個(ge)、都陽(yang)互(hu)通1個(ge)、連接線(xian)(xian)3條,其中都陽(yang)連接線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)線(xian)(xian)長(chang)(chang)3.74公(gong)里(li),渡口連接線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)線(xian)(xian)長(chang)(chang)2.5公(gong)里(li),百(bai)馬連接線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)線(xian)(xian)長(chang)(chang)6公(gong)里(li)。

自(zi)2018年(nian)開工(gong)(gong)建設以(yi)來,都(dou)巴三分部(bu)精心組(zu)織、科(ke)學規劃,組(zu)織精干(gan)力量,多措并(bing)舉逐一攻(gong)克工(gong)(gong)程建設中的重點(dian)、難點(dian)問題,全方位(wei)推進項目施工(gong)(gong)進度(du)。
黨團引領 凝聚青年力量(liang)
都巴三分部(bu)前期工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設(she)面臨的(de)最大困難是征(zheng)地(di)拆(chai)遷。項目進(jin)場后第一時(shi)間(jian)組建(jian)了以黨支部(bu)書記為隊(dui)長,現場施(shi)工(gong)(gong)負責人為成(cheng)員的(de)青年(nian)征(zheng)拆(chai)先(xian)鋒隊(dui)。征(zheng)拆(chai)先(xian)鋒隊(dui)成(cheng)員在(zai)項目沿線(xian)走村入(ru)戶,深入(ru)田間(jian)地(di)頭,在(zai)征(zheng)拆(chai)款項未支付的(de)情況下(xia),率(lv)先(xian)取得了伏龍隧(sui)道出口、百悶隧(sui)道進(jin)口、主線(xian)紅(hong)水(shui)河岸上兩端及(ji)永靖隧(sui)道進(jin)口等幾處(chu)重點控制性工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設(she)的(de)優先(xian)施(shi)工(gong)(gong),為項目施(shi)工(gong)(gong)生產打開了良好局(ju)面。

2020年,新冠肺炎(yan)疫情的(de)(de)影響和多連(lian)續(xu)性暴雨給都巴三分部(bu)外業施工(gong)造(zao)成(cheng)了(le)極大(da)的(de)(de)阻(zu)礙,導(dao)致項(xiang)目(mu)進(jin)度(du)緩(huan)慢。為(wei)加快項(xiang)目(mu)施工(gong)進(jin)度(du),完(wan)成(cheng)年度(du)施工(gong)任(ren)務,項(xiang)目(mu)組織(zhi)青年員工(gong)成(cheng)立了(le)百日攻堅(jian)青年突(tu)擊隊,抓晴(qing)天、戰雨天,在(zai)確保(bao)安全與質量的(de)(de)前提下加快施工(gong)進(jin)度(du),順利完(wan)成(cheng)伏龍高架大(da)橋架梁、2#梁場(chang)產(chan)梁、大(da)化服務區綜合樓封頂等施工(gong)任(ren)務,優(you)質高效地推進(jin)了(le)項(xiang)目(mu)建設。

科技創(chuang)新 打造品質工程(cheng)
都巴三分部項目(mu)主線(xian)橫跨(kua)紅水(shui)河,且(qie)所在(zai)地(di)區為喀(ka)斯特地(di)貌,丘(qiu)陵多發,地(di)質條件較差,嚴重(zhong)阻(zu)礙了(le)(le)項目(mu)橋梁工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)進度。面(mian)對困難,項目(mu)組織青年技(ji)術(shu)骨干積極開(kai)(kai)展科研攻關(guan),對施工(gong)現場進行實(shi)地(di)勘(kan)察,按(an)照實(shi)際情況優(you)化調(diao)整施工(gong)方案,并(bing)依靠(kao)項目(mu)橋梁建(jian)設(she)(she)開(kai)(kai)展多項課(ke)題活動(dong),破解施工(gong)難題。項目(mu)開(kai)(kai)展的《提高深水(shui)樁鋼(gang)護筒(tong)安裝精準度》《一種免封底(di)混凝土鋼(gang)吊箱的創新》QC小組活動(dong),獲得(de)了(le)(le)廣西(xi)工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)質量管理小組活動(dong)一類成果獎(jiang),并(bing)獲得(de)3項國(guo)家實(shi)用新型專利,在(zai)高效優(you)質推動(dong)項目(mu)工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)的同時,也(ye)為交通行業培(pei)養(yang)了(le)(le)一批技(ji)術(shu)骨干,為工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)增加了(le)(le)技(ji)術(shu)力量。

為加快施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)度(du),順利完(wan)成(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務目(mu)(mu)標,項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)科學謀劃(hua),持續優化剩余工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組織,跟蹤落實(shi)(shi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)計劃(hua),加大(da)(da)(da)機械設(she)(she)備(bei)投入,為快速推進(jin)(jin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建設(she)(she)提供(gong)基礎(chu)保(bao)障。針對瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)試驗路的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)及時(shi)引(yin)進(jin)(jin)了(le)水穩攪拌站、瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)攪拌站及配套攤鋪(pu)碾(nian)壓設(she)(she)備(bei),優質高效地(di)完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)功能層試驗路的攤鋪(pu),為項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)后續大(da)(da)(da)面(mian)積瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)奠定了(le)堅(jian)實(shi)(shi)基礎(chu)。同時(shi),項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)新(xin)引(yin)進(jin)(jin)3臺(tai)架橋(qiao)(qiao)機,快速推進(jin)(jin)了(le)伏龍高架大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)、六(liu)悶高架大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)、常谷高架大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)等橋(qiao)(qiao)梁的箱梁架設(she)(she)進(jin)(jin)度(du),加速了(le)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)半幅通車的進(jin)(jin)程。
都巴三分部六悶(men)高架大橋建設現(xian)狀(zhuang)
都巴高(gao)速是《廣西高(gao)速公路網規(gui)劃修編(2010-2020)》“橫(heng)3線”的(de)重要組成(cheng)部(bu)分,項目通車后,將成(cheng)為串聯(lian)起(qi)沿線的(de)長(chang)壽之鄉、旅游(you)名勝的(de)“鏈(lian)條(tiao)”,有力促進縣(xian)域(yu)經濟(ji)發展(zhan),推進區域(yu)旅游(you)發展(zhan),鞏固沿線鄉鎮(zhen)脫(tuo)貧攻(gong)堅成(cheng)果(guo),對沿線各族(zu)人民更加充(chong)分地共享經濟(ji)社(she)會發展(zhan)成(cheng)果(guo)具有重要意義。

目(mu)前(qian),都巴三分部已(yi)完(wan)成全(quan)部路基(ji)工程(cheng),進(jin)入路面基(ji)層施工階(jie)段(duan),已(yi)順利完(wan)成AC-10F瀝青功能(neng)層試(shi)驗路攤鋪;隧道(dao)工程(cheng)僅永靖隧道(dao)右(you)幅開挖剩余25米;已(yi)完(wan)成箱梁架設214片,完(wan)成率達74%。

下一(yi)步,項(xiang)目(mu)將加(jia)快速(su)度(du)完成(cheng)剩余隧道工程、橋(qiao)梁工程施(shi)工量,盡快實現主線全幅貫(guan)通,同時加(jia)大力(li)度(du)完成(cheng)路面工程備料,在保證(zheng)安全質量的(de)前提,全力(li)沖刺項(xiang)目(mu)通車任務。
