廣西(xi)航(hang)務(wu)(wu)建(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)程(cheng)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(簡稱(cheng)航(hang)務(wu)(wu)公(gong)司)始創(chuang)于1954年(nian),是廣西(xi)北部灣(wan)投資集團有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司直(zhi)屬企業(ye)廣西(xi)路建(jian)工(gong)程(cheng)集團有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司的全資子公(gong)司。航(hang)務(wu)(wu)公(gong)司是廣西(xi)成(cheng)立最早的水(shui)陸兩棲交(jiao)通工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)骨干隊伍,被譽為“特別能戰(zhan)斗的水(shui)師陸戰(zhan)隊”。2020年(nian)12月,公(gong)司成(cheng)功轉(zhuan)企改制(zhi),以港航(hang)建(jian)設(she)(she)、路橋(qiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)和土地整治(zhi)為主營(ying)業(ye)務(wu)(wu),發(fa)展(zhan)成(cheng)為年(nian)施工(gong)生產能力達30億(yi)元(yuan)的國有(you)企業(ye)。

在港航(hang)建(jian)設板(ban)塊,公(gong)司一(yi)度是“領跑者”。承建(jian)的桂林(lin)漓江(jiang)磨盤(pan)山碼頭獲(huo)(huo)“國家(jia)優質工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)獎”,西(xi)江(jiang)航(hang)運(yun)樞紐一(yi)期工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)獲(huo)(huo)“全(quan)國十大水運(yun)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”,西(xi)江(jiang)航(hang)道疏浚(jun)整治工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)獲(huo)(huo)“交通部水運(yun)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)質量(liang)獎”。歷(li)年來累計完成(cheng)萬噸級(ji)碼頭施(shi)工(gong)17座,泊位62個,為廣西(xi)水運(yun)交通建(jian)設作出突出貢獻(xian)。
路(lu)橋建(jian)設(she)板塊,公(gong)(gong)司參建(jian)柳南高(gao)(gao)速、欽防高(gao)(gao)速、來都高(gao)(gao)速、南湛(zhan)高(gao)(gao)速等10余(yu)條高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu),以及田林至那臘、靈川(chuan)至蘇橋等30余(yu)條一(yi)二(er)級(ji)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)。累計修(xiu)建(jian)高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)約240公(gong)(gong)里(li),一(yi)二(er)級(ji)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)約575公(gong)(gong)里(li),橋梁80多(duo)座,承建(jian)的工程項目一(yi)次性交工驗收(shou)合格率達到100%。
土(tu)地整治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)板塊,公司積極(ji)服務鄉村振興發展戰略(lve),已中標博白縣(xian)頓(dun)谷(gu)鎮、菱角鎮和沙(sha)河鎮全(quan)域土(tu)地綜合(he)(he)整治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)項(xiang)目(mu),合(he)(he)同總金額6.27億元。獨立承(cheng)建崇愛路土(tu)地綜合(he)(he)整治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)項(xiang)目(mu),該項(xiang)目(mu)是全(quan)國唯一高速公路沿線土(tu)地綜合(he)(he)整治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)試點(dian)項(xiang)目(mu),受(shou)到自然資源部和交通運輸部的重點(dian)關(guan)注,也是廣西推進改革創新的重要載體(ti)。

企(qi)業(ye)發展歷程
航務公司(si)前身為成立于1954年7月的“國家交通部珠江(jiang)航運(yun)管理(li)局融(rong)(rong)潯柳江(jiang)航道(dao)(dao)工程大隊”,主要負責廣西區(qu)內融(rong)(rong)江(jiang)、潯江(jiang)、柳江(jiang)航道(dao)(dao)的疏浚、整治、港口修建、全線復(fu)航維護工作。
1955年(nian)更(geng)名為“交通部珠航局廣(guang)西紅(hong)水河(he)工程(cheng)大隊(dui)”,負責疏炸、整治、維護紅(hong)水河(he)和(he)南盤江下段航道。
1965年更名為(wei)“廣西交(jiao)通廳航(hang)道工程大隊”,負責對右(you)江(jiang)全線(xian)航(hang)道進行整治、維護。
1967年(nian)更名為“廣西交通廳第一航(hang)(hang)道(dao)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)大隊”,與第二航(hang)(hang)道(dao)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)大隊、第三航(hang)(hang)道(dao)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)大隊、第四航(hang)(hang)道(dao)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)大隊一起參加0539、0612等國防公路的建設。
1971年更名(ming)為“廣西(xi)航道(dao)工(gong)程大隊”,全大隊正式職工(gong)約(yue)1000人,主要負責(ze)船閘修(xiu)造、航道(dao)疏浚。
1984年7月更名為(wei)“廣西壯族自治區航務(wu)工程處”,主管單位為(wei)廣西壯族自治區航務(wu)管理(li)局。
2003年3月(yue),廣西壯(zhuang)族自(zi)治區交通(tong)運輸廳根據廣西桂政函〔2001〕435號文的規定組建(jian)廣西新發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)交通(tong)集團(tuan)有限公司(簡稱(cheng)“新發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)交通(tong)集團(tuan)”),將航務公司并入新發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)交通(tong)集團(tuan),成為新發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)交通(tong)集團(tuan)下屬的全資子二級企(qi)(事)業單位。
2018年9月,新發展交通集團(tuan)與北投(tou)集團(tuan)實現(xian)戰略重(zhong)組,將航(hang)務公司并入新組建(jian)的(de)北投(tou)集團(tuan),成為(wei)北投(tou)集團(tuan)下屬的(de)全資子二級企(事)業單(dan)位。
2019年4月,北投集團(tuan)將(jiang)航(hang)務(wu)公(gong)司整建制委(wei)托至廣(guang)西路建集團(tuan)。
2020年12月(yue),“廣(guang)西(xi)壯族自(zi)治區(qu)航務工(gong)(gong)程處”成功改制更名為(wei)“廣(guang)西(xi)航務建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)程有限公(gong)(gong)司”,成為(wei)廣(guang)西(xi)路建(jian)集團(tuan)的(de)全資子公(gong)(gong)司。
