8月9日,廣(guang)西路建集團(tuan)南寧沙(sha)井至(zhi)(zhi)吳(wu)(wu)圩公路№TJ1合同段(簡(jian)稱“沙(sha)吳(wu)(wu)1標”)那多(duo)高架大橋順利完成橋面鋪裝施(shi)工。至(zhi)(zhi)此,沙(sha)吳(wu)(wu)1標全線橋梁工程全部完工,為后續瀝青路面施(shi)工打通(tong)斷(duan)點、提供作業面。沙(sha)吳(wu)(wu)1標正以昂揚奮進(jin)姿態向“十一”通(tong)車目(mu)標發(fa)起(qi)總攻。

為(wei)進(jin)(jin)一步推進(jin)(jin)工程建設(she),廣西路建集團迅速成(cheng)立沙吳1標保通車指揮部,召(zhao)開工作部署會,圍(wei)繞項目建設(she)難(nan)點(dian)確立了瀝青路面、沙井收費站及(ji)南壇(tan)改線、龍潭服務區“三大(da)攻堅(jian)戰”,重(zhong)新梳理(li)剩(sheng)余工程量(liang),細化分解(jie)重(zhong)難(nan)點(dian)工程,制定詳細有序(xu)的施工計劃;同(tong)時(shi)從人員、設(she)備、材料三方面加大(da)力(li)量(liang)投(tou)入,加壓奮進(jin)(jin),補齊(qi)短板(ban),全力(li)推進(jin)(jin)施工進(jin)(jin)度。

在人員(yuan)方面,廣(guang)西路建集團(tuan)抽調已完工的(de)都巴高速、新柳南(nan)高速及部(bu)(bu)分(fen)在建項(xiang)目的(de)精(jing)兵強將(jiang)支援沙吳(wu)(wu)1標,并(bing)根據工程(cheng)需要(yao)調配(pei)與企(qi)業合作密切(qie)、經驗(yan)豐富的(de)勞務班(ban)組(zu)進場。當(dang)前(qian)項(xiang)目共有(you)管理人員(yuan)105人,勞務人員(yuan)2129人,24小時不(bu)間斷施工,用時3天完成南(nan)壇改線新建部(bu)(bu)分(fen)瀝青(qing)路面施工,攤鋪(pu)瀝青(qing)3437噸。截至目前(qian),沙吳(wu)(wu)1標攤鋪(pu)水(shui)泥穩定(ding)碎石混(hun)合料約76萬(wan)噸,攤鋪(pu)瀝青(qing)混(hun)合料約5.5萬(wan)噸。

此(ci)外,廣(guang)西路(lu)建集團發揮自(zi)身設(she)備(bei)資源優(you)勢,往沙吳(wu)1標調配瀝(li)青攪(jiao)拌站、瀝(li)青攤鋪機(ji)(ji)(ji)、挖(wa)掘機(ji)(ji)(ji)、壓路(lu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、銑刨機(ji)(ji)(ji)、灑(sa)水車等各類機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)設(she)備(bei)投入(ru)攻(gong)堅戰。當前項(xiang)目共有163臺(tai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)設(she)備(bei)開足馬力(li)運(yun)轉不停歇。

沙吳1標合理制(zhi)定保(bao)供(gong)采備(bei)方(fang)案,第一時(shi)間銜接生產供(gong)應計劃,落(luo)(luo)實采購渠道,時(shi)刻關注項目庫存動態并(bing)落(luo)(luo)實專人負責梳理所(suo)有在途(tu)原(yuan)料信息、發運情況。當前,項目滿罐滿倉備(bei)料,累(lei)計備(bei)料9.8萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun),其(qi)中(zhong)墊層和(he)基(ji)層備(bei)料共2萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun),瀝(li)青結(jie)構(gou)層備(bei)料7萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun),水泥(ni)砼和(he)機制(zhi)砂備(bei)料0.8萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)。

項(xiang)目(mu)建設全面(mian)提速,7月(yue)沙(sha)吳(wu)1標(biao)水(shui)穩層(ceng)(ceng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、瀝青下層(ceng)(ceng)面(mian)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、龍(long)灘服務區施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)度明顯加快,當月(yue)分別完(wan)(wan)成設計總量(liang)的19%、21%、16%。7月(yue)23日(ri),沙(sha)吳(wu)1標(biao)完(wan)(wan)成沙(sha)井互(hu)通橋(qiao)面(mian)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong);7月(yue)25日(ri),瀝青下層(ceng)(ceng)面(mian)試驗路(lu)(lu)順(shun)利攤鋪;8月(yue)1日(ri),瀝青中(zhong)面(mian)層(ceng)(ceng)試驗路(lu)(lu)順(shun)利攤鋪;8月(yue)4日(ri),沙(sha)吳(wu)高速首段瀝青上面(mian)層(ceng)(ceng)試驗路(lu)(lu)順(shun)利攤鋪;8月(yue)7日(ri),南壇(tan)改線(xian)段高嶺方向右幅(fu)已接通原高速路(lu)(lu);8月(yue)9日(ri),項(xiang)目(mu)全線(xian)橋(qiao)梁工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)順(shun)利完(wan)(wan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)……截(jie)至目(mu)前,沙(sha)吳(wu)1標(biao)路(lu)(lu)基工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、路(lu)(lu)面(mian)墊層(ceng)(ceng)、水(shui)穩底基層(ceng)(ceng)已全部完(wan)(wan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),防護工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、橋(qiao)涵工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、沙(sha)井收費站完(wan)(wan)成率達95%。
