起步(bu)就要提速(su)(su)(su),開局就要爭(zheng)先!1月18日(ri),由集團公(gong)司承建(jian)的信(xin)都至梧州高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)(簡稱“信(xin)梧高速(su)(su)(su)”)一期工程水(shui)泥穩定碎石底(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)層試(shi)驗路(lu)順利(li)攤鋪。這是信(xin)梧高速(su)(su)(su)全線(xian)首段水(shui)穩碎石底(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)層試(shi)驗路(lu),標(biao)志著(zhu)信(xin)梧高速(su)(su)(su)主線(xian)進(jin)入新的施(shi)工階段,為后續大面積的水(shui)穩碎石底(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)層攤鋪提供了參(can)考(kao)數據和攤鋪經驗。

信(xin)(xin)梧高(gao)(gao)速是(shi)縣縣通(tong)高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路建(jian)設中新開工(gong)重(zhong)點推(tui)進項目之一,共分為(wei)2期(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)。集團公(gong)司承建(jian)的信(xin)(xin)梧高(gao)(gao)速一期(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)主線長22.04km,中標合同(tong)價21.97億元。信(xin)(xin)梧高(gao)(gao)速一期(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)共有大中橋3座、隧道(dao)2697.26 m/2.5座,互(hu)通(tong)式立(li)交3處(chu)、分離式立(li)交3處(chu)、天橋5座、信(xin)(xin)都(dou)服務區一處(chu)、匝道(dao)收費站(zhan)2處(chu),信(xin)(xin)都(dou)南(nan)連接(jie)線一處(chu)2.83 km。
K9-K11段路基(ji)施工
信(xin)(xin)梧(wu)高速(su)一期工(gong)程于2019年(nian)12月開工(gong)建設,工(gong)期3年(nian),計劃2022年(nian)建成。建成后,將(jiang)打(da)通(tong)連接(jie)梧(wu)州(zhou)市(shi)蒼梧(wu)縣(xian)與(yu)八步(bu)區(qu)信(xin)(xin)都鎮兩地的(de)重(zhong)要通(tong)道,實(shi)現兩個工(gong)業(ye)(ye)重(zhong)鎮高速(su)互聯(lian)互通(tong),大(da)大(da)縮(suo)減賀(he)州(zhou)與(yu)梧(wu)州(zhou)兩市(shi)的(de)時(shi)空距離,有效緩解207國道交通(tong)壓力(li),促(cu)進賀(he)州(zhou)市(shi)“東融(rong)”發(fa)展,加(jia)快對接(jie)粵(yue)港澳(ao)大(da)灣區(qu)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)轉移(yi),促(cu)進地方產(chan)業(ye)(ye)轉型(xing)升級。

信梧(wu)高速一期工(gong)(gong)(gong)程一開工(gong)(gong)(gong)就面(mian)臨征(zheng)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)資金到(dao)位緩慢、村(cun)(cun)民攔路阻工(gong)(gong)(gong)等困(kun)難,項目(mu)不等不靠,主動出擊,積極(ji)配合當地政府和征(zheng)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)指(zhi)揮部,開展(zhan)(zhan)土地丈量、征(zheng)用(yong)和房屋、桿線拆(chai)(chai)(chai)遷等工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。項目(mu)還(huan)成立征(zheng)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)協調黨(dang)員先鋒隊(dui),到(dao)涉及(ji)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)遷的村(cun)(cun)民家中開展(zhan)(zhan)協調工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),并于2020年9月完成全部紅線用(yong)地征(zheng)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),為大規(gui)模施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),打開了全線工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)。

征拆協調(diao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作不斷(duan)推(tui)進的(de)同(tong)時,項目(mu)(mu)加強施工(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織,梳理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作重難點,分解細化(hua)任務目(mu)(mu)標(biao),責(ze)任到人,形成時間節點表(biao),一(yi)一(yi)推(tui)進落實,交地一(yi)段(duan)就施工(gong)(gong)(gong)一(yi)段(duan),快速推(tui)進工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)進度(du)(du)。項目(mu)(mu)注(zhu)重品質(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)創建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,始終秉持“品質(zhi)信梧,綠(lv)色(se)互(hu)聯(lian)”的(de)建設理念,嚴(yan)格遵循集團公司各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管理制度(du)(du),實現(xian)了標(biao)準化(hua)、精細化(hua)、集約化(hua)管理,榮獲2020年度(du)(du)自治區(qu)建筑業綠(lv)色(se)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)示范(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。

截至2020年底,信梧高速一(yi)期工(gong)(gong)程石(shi)(shi)山隧道(dao)和爽(shuang)(shuang)沖隧道(dao)全(quan)部貫通(tong)(tong),陽爽(shuang)(shuang)隧道(dao)已完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)過半;挖土(tu)(tu)石(shi)(shi)方累(lei)計完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)56%、填土(tu)(tu)石(shi)(shi)方累(lei)計完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)76%、涵洞通(tong)(tong)道(dao)累(lei)計完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)50.4%;橋(qiao)梁(liang)累(lei)計完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)296根樁基(ji),墩柱完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)186根。下一(yi)步,項(xiang)目將重點推進主線(xian)路面施(shi)工(gong)(gong)和橋(qiao)梁(liang)上構施(shi)工(gong)(gong),進一(yi)步加強安(an)全(quan)、質量管理(li)工(gong)(gong)作,為項(xiang)目主線(xian)半幅貫通(tong)(tong)奠定良好(hao)的(de)基(ji)礎。
