11月14日,集(ji)團公司承(cheng)建的融(rong)水(shui)至河(he)(he)池高(gao)(gao)速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)四分(fen)部(bu)(以下簡稱“融(rong)河(he)(he)四分(fen)部(bu)”)順利完(wan)成祥(xiang)貝連接線瀝青上面(mian)層攤(tan)鋪作業,標(biao)志著融(rong)水(shui)至河(he)(he)池高(gao)(gao)速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)(路(lu)(lu)(lu)建段)瀝青路(lu)(lu)(lu)面(mian)施工任務全(quan)部(bu)完(wan)成,成為全(quan)線首個完(wan)成全(quan)部(bu)施工任務的分(fen)部(bu)。

三萬米征拆路 一條心破難關
融河(he)四分部(bu)(bu)主線(xian)全長(chang)20.3Km,祥貝(bei)連接線(xian)全長(chang)9.705Km,橫跨“2縣(xian)(區(qu))7村(cun)31自(zi)然(ran)屯”,涉及拆(chai)(chai)遷房屋41座,需遷移10KV桿線(xian)31處、墳墓415座,直(zhi)接影(ying)響沿線(xian)群(qun)眾2萬(wan)多人生產(chan)生活,征拆(chai)(chai)任(ren)務十分艱巨(ju),施(shi)(shi)工(gong)生產(chan)進(jin)度一(yi)度落后(hou)于(yu)融河(he)高(gao)速其它項目(mu)。為有(you)效加快施(shi)(shi)工(gong)進(jin)度,項目(mu)以“領導班子抓(zhua)全局統籌、現(xian)場管(guan)理抓(zhua)具體協(xie)調(diao)”為思路(lu),在拆(chai)(chai)遷戶的(de)房前(qian)屋后(hou)設辦公點(dian)、以高(gao)速用地的(de)田間地頭作“戰場”,人人扮演“協(xie)調(diao)員”的(de)角色,堅(jian)持“尺子量到底,標準執行到底”原(yuan)則,快速推進(jin)征拆(chai)(chai)協(xie)調(diao)工(gong)作。2019年11月(yue)15日(ri)完成(cheng)所有(you)10KV桿線(xian)遷移;11月(yue)22日(ri)祥貝(bei)連接線(xian)全部(bu)(bu)交地;11月(yue)29日(ri)影(ying)響主線(xian)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)的(de)房屋全部(bu)(bu)拆(chai)(chai)除;2019年12月(yue)底,項目(mu)沿線(xian)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)用地基(ji)本征拆(chai)(chai)完畢,為項目(mu)創(chuang)造了極為有(you)利的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)生產(chan)條(tiao)件。

融水至河池高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路作為廣(guang)西“縣縣通(tong)(tong)(tong)”重點高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路,是貴(gui)州(zhou)、四川、重慶(qing)等省、市通(tong)(tong)(tong)往粵(yue)港澳大(da)灣區的(de)重要過境通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao),也(ye)是貴(gui)州(zhou)省與廣(guang)西桂林、柳(liu)州(zhou)、河池等桂中北城市交流的(de)便(bian)捷通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)。融水至河池高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路建成通(tong)(tong)(tong)車后,將對(dui)助力柳(liu)州(zhou)、河池打贏脫貧攻堅戰發揮重要作用。當前,融河四分部已做好充分準備,正翹首以待2020年11月28日融河高(gao)速(su)建成通(tong)(tong)(tong)車莊(zhuang)嚴時(shi)刻的(de)到來。
