12月26日,經過21.5小時(shi)的(de)鏖戰(zhan),集(ji)團公司承(cheng)建的(de)亞洲第一跨徑公路(lu)預應力(li)鋼筋(jin)混凝(ning)土(tu)部(bu)分斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao)——培森柳江特大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)P2主(zhu)墩承(cheng)臺(tai)順利完成(cheng)首層混凝(ning)土(tu)澆筑,離主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)完全進入(ru)下構施工階段又更近(jin)一步。
培森柳江特大橋(qiao)P2主墩承臺完成首(shou)層混凝土澆筑
培森柳江(jiang)特大橋(qiao)位于廣西來(lai)賓(bin)市象(xiang)州(zhou)縣(xian),橫跨柳江(jiang),是賀州(zhou)至巴馬高速公路(象(xiang)州(zhou)至來(lai)賓(bin)段)的重點控制性工程,全橋(qiao)長(chang)(chang)2568.96米(mi),主(zhu)(zhu)橋(qiao)主(zhu)(zhu)跨跨徑達(da)280米(mi),是亞洲第一跨徑公路預(yu)應(ying)力鋼筋混凝土部分斜拉橋(qiao)。此次澆筑為(wei)(wei)該橋(qiao)P2主(zhu)(zhu)墩承臺,其設計為(wei)(wei)整體(ti)式群樁基礎承臺,承臺尺寸為(wei)(wei)長(chang)(chang)(橫橋(qiao)向)32.342米(mi)×寬(順橋(qiao)向)19米(mi)×高6米(mi),設計混凝土數量為(wei)(wei)3513.4立方米(mi)。

培(pei)森(sen)柳(liu)江(jiang)特大(da)橋P2主墩位(wei)于象州岸,存在大(da)厚度卵(luan)漂石覆(fu)蓋層、重巖(yan)溶(rong)地質、大(da)范圍(wei)復(fu)雜空溶(rong)洞等地質特點,地質條件復(fu)雜,給施工帶來巨大(da)挑(tiao)戰。
在(zai)項目施工(gong)現場,項目建設(she)(she)團隊科學組織、合理調配人員及(ji)設(she)(she)備(bei)。“我們從12月25日11點30分開(kai)始進(jin)行不間斷(duan)澆(jiao)筑。P2主墩承臺澆(jiao)筑分兩次進(jin)行,首層澆(jiao)筑3米,澆(jiao)筑混凝(ning)土(tu)累計澆(jiao)筑1756.7立方米,目前順利完成(cheng)首層混凝(ning)土(tu)澆(jiao)筑,為(wei)實(shi)施主橋施工(gong)奠(dian)定堅(jian)實(shi)基礎(chu)。”象(xiang)來一分部培森(sen)柳(liu)江特大橋象(xiang)州岸施工(gong)負責人楊世芝說(shuo)道。

為(wei)快(kuai)速(su)推進該橋(qiao)P2主墩(dun)的施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設,項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設團隊引進全套(tao)管全回(hui)轉(zhuan)鉆機,縮短樁(zhuang)(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)成孔時間,提高樁(zhuang)(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)成功率,快(kuai)速(su)推進鉆孔灌注樁(zhuang)(zhuang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),為(wei)P2主墩(dun)承臺澆(jiao)筑奠定良(liang)好基(ji)(ji)礎。此外,根據(ju)培森柳江特(te)大(da)橋(qiao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難點,集團公司加(jia)大(da)科研(yan)力度,研(yan)究設計(ji)了(le)外圍鞏固的高精度零(ling)干擾堰(yan)模一體結構,克(ke)服(fu)了(le)強透水漂石層(ceng)不良(liang)地質承臺圍堰(yan)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難題,為(wei)P2主墩(dun)承臺施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)再添保障。

P2主(zhu)墩(dun)承(cheng)臺(tai)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)前,項目建設團隊精心組織(zhi),召開(kai)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)籌(chou)備會,對材料、設備、澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)方法(fa)、混凝(ning)土配合比、監控檢(jian)測、安全、環保等方面做(zuo)出詳細布置安排(pai)。同(tong)時項目部管理(li)人員針對承(cheng)臺(tai)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)向勞務(wu)人員提(ti)出了具體要求(qiu)和相關注(zhu)意事項,為澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)順利進行創造(zao)了先決(jue)條件。澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)過程中負責人和項目技術(shu)人員現場指揮,保證(zheng)混凝(ning)土振搗質(zhi)量且澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)方法(fa)嚴(yan)(yan)格按照(zhao)方案執行。同(tong)時項目部安排(pai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)監控單位派專人對承(cheng)臺(tai)溫度進行實時監測,并根據數(shu)據對冷(leng)卻管通水流速進行控制(zhi),避免溫度裂縫的出現,嚴(yan)(yan)格控制(zhi)承(cheng)臺(tai)質(zhi)量和外觀;一(yi)線施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人員輪番上陣,在不耽誤澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的同(tong)時避免疲勞施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),最終(zhong)順利完成承(cheng)臺(tai)首次澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)務(wu)。

據了解,截至12月(yue)26日,培(pei)森柳江特大(da)橋主(zhu)墩(dun)樁基全部澆(jiao)筑完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng);P2主(zhu)墩(dun)承臺(tai)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)首層(ceng)混凝土澆(jiao)筑;P3主(zhu)墩(dun)墩(dun)身澆(jiao)筑完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)42米,完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)率63%;引橋樁基澆(jiao)筑完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)238根,完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)率75.8%;引橋承臺(tai)澆(jiao)筑完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)45個,完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)率46.4%;引橋墩(dun)身澆(jiao)筑完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)1075.5米,完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)率27.25%。
