11月14日(ri),集團公司承建的(de)融(rong)水(shui)至河(he)池高(gao)速公路(lu)(lu)四分(fen)部(bu)(bu)(以(yi)下簡稱“融(rong)河(he)四分(fen)部(bu)(bu)”)順利完成(cheng)(cheng)祥貝連接線瀝青上面(mian)層(ceng)攤(tan)鋪作業,標志著(zhu)融(rong)水(shui)至河(he)池高(gao)速公路(lu)(lu)(路(lu)(lu)建段(duan))瀝青路(lu)(lu)面(mian)施工任務(wu)全(quan)部(bu)(bu)完成(cheng)(cheng),成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)全(quan)線首個完成(cheng)(cheng)全(quan)部(bu)(bu)施工任務(wu)的(de)分(fen)部(bu)(bu)。

三(san)萬米征拆路 一條心破(po)難(nan)關(guan)
融河(he)四分(fen)部主線(xian)(xian)(xian)全長20.3Km,祥貝連(lian)接線(xian)(xian)(xian)全長9.705Km,橫(heng)跨“2縣(區)7村31自(zi)然屯(tun)”,涉及拆遷房屋(wu)41座(zuo),需(xu)遷移10KV桿(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)31處、墳(fen)墓415座(zuo),直(zhi)接影(ying)響(xiang)沿線(xian)(xian)(xian)群眾(zhong)2萬(wan)多人(ren)(ren)生(sheng)產(chan)生(sheng)活(huo),征(zheng)拆任務(wu)十分(fen)艱巨,施工(gong)生(sheng)產(chan)進度一(yi)度落后于融河(he)高(gao)速(su)其它(ta)項目(mu)。為(wei)有(you)(you)效加快施工(gong)進度,項目(mu)以“領導班子抓全局統籌、現(xian)場管理抓具體協(xie)調(diao)”為(wei)思(si)路,在拆遷戶(hu)的房前屋(wu)后設(she)辦公點(dian)、以高(gao)速(su)用(yong)地的田間地頭作(zuo)“戰場”,人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)扮演“協(xie)調(diao)員(yuan)”的角色,堅持“尺子量到(dao)底,標準執行到(dao)底”原則,快速(su)推進征(zheng)拆協(xie)調(diao)工(gong)作(zuo)。2019年11月(yue)15日完成所有(you)(you)10KV桿(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)遷移;11月(yue)22日祥貝連(lian)接線(xian)(xian)(xian)全部交地;11月(yue)29日影(ying)響(xiang)主線(xian)(xian)(xian)施工(gong)的房屋(wu)全部拆除;2019年12月(yue)底,項目(mu)沿線(xian)(xian)(xian)施工(gong)用(yong)地基(ji)本征(zheng)拆完畢,為(wei)項目(mu)創造(zao)了(le)極(ji)為(wei)有(you)(you)利的施工(gong)生(sheng)產(chan)條件(jian)。

施工以(yi)來,融河(he)四分部(bu)堅(jian)(jian)持做(zuo)到“開(kai)展一(yi)次(ci)施工作業、進(jin)行一(yi)次(ci)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)技術交底”,嚴格把控(kong)施工原材料生(sheng)產(chan)、運輸、投產(chan)等各(ge)個環節,各(ge)崗位人員(yuan)各(ge)司其(qi)職、恪(ke)盡職責,全(quan)(quan)(quan)力(li)(li)(li)確保施工質量。在施工安排上,項目(mu)精心組織、積極策劃,嚴格按照施工方案進(jin)行施工生(sheng)產(chan)作業,牢(lao)固樹立“安全(quan)(quan)(quan)第一(yi),預防為主”的(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)方針,做(zuo)實做(zuo)細(xi)計劃編制、從(cong)嚴從(cong)重把控(kong)質量安全(quan)(quan)(quan),全(quan)(quan)(quan)力(li)(li)(li)推(tui)進(jin)項目(mu)整體(ti)施工進(jin)度(du)。2019年12月30日(ri)順利攤鋪(pu)橡膠瀝青(qing)混凝土功能層試驗路(lu),2020年11月14日(ri)完成(cheng)廣(guang)西路(lu)建集團段內所有瀝青(qing)施工作業,項目(mu)用速度(du)證明實力(li)(li)(li),用時間顯現成(cheng)績,用突出的(de)(de)攻堅(jian)(jian)碩果在融河(he)高速公路(lu)彰顯“路(lu)建速度(du)”和“路(lu)建深度(du)”。

融(rong)水至(zhi)(zhi)河(he)池高速(su)(su)公路作為廣(guang)西“縣縣通”重(zhong)點高速(su)(su)公路,是貴州(zhou)、四川、重(zhong)慶(qing)等(deng)省(sheng)、市通往(wang)粵港澳大灣(wan)區的(de)重(zhong)要過(guo)境通道,也是貴州(zhou)省(sheng)與廣(guang)西桂(gui)林、柳州(zhou)、河(he)池等(deng)桂(gui)中北(bei)城市交流的(de)便捷通道。融(rong)水至(zhi)(zhi)河(he)池高速(su)(su)公路建(jian)成(cheng)通車后,將對助力(li)柳州(zhou)、河(he)池打贏脫(tuo)貧(pin)攻堅(jian)戰發揮重(zhong)要作用。當前,融(rong)河(he)四分部已(yi)做好充分準備,正翹(qiao)首以待2020年11月28日融(rong)河(he)高速(su)(su)建(jian)成(cheng)通車莊嚴時(shi)刻的(de)到(dao)來。
