融水至(zhi)(zhi)河池(chi)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)是(shi)廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)交通(tong)(tong)網“橫2線(xian)”賀州(靈峰)至(zhi)(zhi)隆林(lin)(lin)(板壩)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)支線(xian)——桂林(lin)(lin)至(zhi)(zhi)河池(chi)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)的重要組成路(lu)(lu)(lu)段,全線(xian)挺進(jin)柳州、河池(chi)多個貧(pin)困山(shan)區(qu),是(shi)廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)深度貧(pin)困縣羅城仫佬族自治(zhi)縣有史以來的第一條高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)。融河高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)建成通(tong)(tong)車后(hou),貧(pin)困戶所種(zhong)植的核(he)桃(tao)、糖(tang)料蔗、花卉苗圃及蠶絲(si)等(deng)特(te)色高(gao)(gao)經(jing)濟(ji)效益農作物可通(tong)(tong)過(guo)“高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)(su)直(zhi)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)”快速(su)(su)(su)銷售至(zhi)(zhi)柳州、桂林(lin)(lin)、南寧等(deng)相(xiang)對(dui)發達地區(qu),使沿線(xian)貧(pin)困地區(qu)享受到(dao)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)(su)路(lu)(lu)(lu)通(tong)(tong)車后(hou)實實在在的經(jing)濟(ji)福(fu)利。
融河(he)高速公路沿(yan)線民房分散,許多(duo)群眾身(shen)居(ju)大山(shan)深處,山(shan)路崎嶇,往往需要數小時才能到達(da)臨近的村(cun)屯,極少有機會能走出大山(shan)。
集團公(gong)司融河四(si)分部(bu)全(quan)(quan)體(ti)參(can)建(jian)者舍(she)棄過很多次休假的(de)機會,埋(mai)頭苦干、克難攻堅。2020年新冠(guan)肺炎疫情(qing),延誤了項(xiang)目(mu)員工(gong)(gong)返崗復(fu)工(gong)(gong)時間(jian),但熄(xi)滅不(bu)了項(xiang)目(mu)員工(gong)(gong)復(fu)崗復(fu)業的(de)工(gong)(gong)作激(ji)情(qing)。自復(fu)工(gong)(gong)復(fu)產以來,半(ban)幅架通(tong)、全(quan)(quan)幅架通(tong),遷民房(fang)、拆高壓鐵塔,水穩(wen)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)、瀝青攤鋪,項(xiang)目(mu)各(ge)節(jie)點工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)有條(tiao)不(bu)紊的(de)展開推進,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)進度(du)步步領先。國慶中(zhong)(zhong)秋“雙節(jie)”期間(jian),項(xiang)目(mu)49名管理人員、24人瀝青班(ban)組、213人施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)勞務作業隊伍全(quan)(quan)部(bu)在(zai)崗,堅持奮斗在(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)一(yi)線,為項(xiang)目(mu)“通(tong)車前最后一(yi)公(gong)里(li)”保(bao)駕(jia)護航。國慶中(zhong)(zhong)秋“雙節(jie)”期間(jian),融河四(si)分部(bu)全(quan)(quan)體(ti)參(can)建(jian)者主動放棄節(jie)假日休息時間(jian),奮斗在(zai)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設一(yi)線。
嚴格管理,保證施工安全質量
融河四分部全線(xian)20.3Km路面(mian)瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)結(jie)構(gou)層(ceng)(ceng)為2.5cm厚(hou)RAC-10F橡(xiang)膠瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝(ning)土功(gong)能(neng)層(ceng)(ceng)+8cm厚(hou)AC-25C瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝(ning)土下面(mian)層(ceng)(ceng)+6cm厚(hou)AC-20C改性瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝(ning)土中面(mian)層(ceng)(ceng)+4cm厚(hou)橡(xiang)膠瀝(li)青(qing)(qing)混(hun)凝(ning)土上(shang)面(mian)層(ceng)(ceng),各個施工(gong)步驟嚴(yan)格按照技術方案標準施工(gong)。
2019年(nian)12月30日(ri),融河(he)四分部在K85+700—K86+300右幅(fu)進行瀝(li)青(qing)下面層試驗路(lu)攤鋪,正(zheng)式拉開瀝(li)青(qing)攤鋪施(shi)工(gong)序(xu)幕。施(shi)工(gong)以來,項目(mu)堅持做到開展一次施(shi)工(gong)作業(ye)、進行一次安(an)全技術交底,嚴(yan)格把控瀝(li)青(qing)原材(cai)料生產、運輸(shu),瀝(li)青(qing)混凝(ning)土攤鋪、碾壓等各(ge)個(ge)環節,各(ge)崗位人(ren)員各(ge)司其(qi)職、恪盡(jin)職責,全力(li)確(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)瀝(li)青(qing)施(shi)工(gong)質量。在施(shi)工(gong)安(an)排上,瀝(li)青(qing)班組以隊為單位,輪流上崗,做到“雨(yu)天修整機械、晴天趕(gan)工(gong)追速”,在保(bao)(bao)(bao)證瀝(li)青(qing)施(shi)工(gong)“五加(jia)二、白(bai)加(jia)黑”24小時施(shi)工(gong)的同時,保(bao)(bao)(bao)證施(shi)工(gong)作業(ye)人(ren)員的休息時間(jian),保(bao)(bao)(bao)障施(shi)工(gong)作業(ye)人(ren)員安(an)全。
此(ci)外,項目(mu)全程跟進部(bu)署,克(ke)服雨季時間長降水多、原材料供應緊張、機械設備及人(ren)員不足、工作面(mian)不連貫等(deng)諸多困(kun)難,施(shi)工用時僅10個(ge)月(yue),全部(bu)完成(cheng)路面(mian)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)工程量,全力沖刺融河高速公路建成(cheng)通(tong)車(che)目(mu)標。融河四分部(bu)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)班(ban)組連續作戰72小(xiao)時,全力攻堅項目(mu)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)(qing)上(shang)面(mian)層攤鋪工程量。
施工(gong)(gong)(gong)至(zhi)今,項目(mu)已進入最(zui)后(hou)的(de)建(jian)成(cheng)通車(che)沖刺階(jie)段。為此,項目(mu)實時跟(gen)進剩(sheng)余工(gong)(gong)(gong)程量,合理(li)部(bu)(bu)署剩(sheng)余施工(gong)(gong)(gong)節點目(mu)標。下一步,項目(mu)將重(zhong)點攻堅融(rong)河五分部(bu)(bu)瀝青(qing)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,繼續保持時不我(wo)待的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作責任感,積(ji)極發揚“特(te)(te)別(bie)能(neng)(neng)吃苦(ku)、特(te)(te)別(bie)能(neng)(neng)戰斗、特(te)(te)別(bie)能(neng)(neng)奉獻(xian)”路建(jian)鐵軍精(jing)神,全力(li)(li)攻堅剩(sheng)余工(gong)(gong)(gong)程量,以完工(gong)(gong)(gong)通車(che)驗收為工(gong)(gong)(gong)作第一要(yao)務,吹好(hao)(hao)最(zui)后(hou)一口哨、站好(hao)(hao)最(zui)后(hou)一班崗,全力(li)(li)保障11月28日融(rong)河高速公路順利建(jian)成(cheng)通車(che)。力(li)爭融河路(lu)上再創路(lu)建輝煌,鋪就沿線群眾幸福(fu)小(xiao)康道(dao)路(lu)。
