7月(yue)17日,一公司鐘昭(zhao)四分部召開(kai)保通車動員(yuan)(yuan)會暨(ji)剩余(yu)工程(cheng)(cheng)工作布置會。集(ji)團公司總(zong)工程(cheng)(cheng)師張坤球,一公司總(zong)經(jing)理龍斌、總(zong)工程(cheng)(cheng)師黃云,鐘昭(zhao)四分部項目(mu)全體管理人員(yuan)(yuan)參(can)加會議。會議由(you)項目(mu)常務副經(jing)理秦猛主持。
會上,秦猛就項目整體推進情況、剩余工作面等情況作工作匯報。
龍斌強調,項目已進入決戰階段,短短60天時間,項目要認真摸排剩余工作量,倒排施工計劃,充分發揮路建鐵軍精神,克難攻堅。針對下一階段工作龍斌提出五點工作要求,項目一是要從思想上高度重視,充分發揮主人翁精神,團結協作;二是要充分做好生產工作,及時做好安全技術交底,嚴格執行安全生產制度,堅決守住安全生產“紅線”“底線”;三是搶工期階段一定要注重質量管理,確保滿足規范要求;四是項目全體人員要團結協作,加強對內對外的溝通,及時發現并解決問題;五是要嚴格按照施工倒排計劃執行,確保按時按量完成每日工作計劃。
張(zhang)坤(kun)球指出,一是(shi)(shi)時(shi)間(jian)緊任務(wu)重(zhong),項目(mu)全(quan)(quan)體人(ren)(ren)(ren)員要充分(fen)(fen)認識到施(shi)工(gong)(gong)緊迫(po)性,團結(jie)協作,攻堅克難;二(er)是(shi)(shi)項目(mu)要嚴(yan)格根(gen)據施(shi)工(gong)(gong)倒排(pai)計劃,各分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)負責(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)要以(yi)高度的嚴(yan)謹(jin)性和緊迫(po)感確保(bao)分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)任務(wu)按時(shi)按質完(wan)成(cheng),以(yi)免出現卡殼(ke)現象;三是(shi)(shi)項目(mu)管理工(gong)(gong)作分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)不分(fen)(fen)家,全(quan)(quan)體員工(gong)(gong)要加強溝通交流,主動高效地(di)開展(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作;四是(shi)(shi)要做好勞務(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員保(bao)障工(gong)(gong)作,采取非常規措施(shi),確保(bao)勞務(wu)隊穩(wen)定;五是(shi)(shi)要做好同(tong)時(shi)也要做好交工(gong)(gong)驗收工(gong)(gong)作,細(xi)化(hua)分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong),做好交工(gong)(gong)資料分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)安排(pai)。
