梧柳(liu)7標(biao)六巷互通(tong)是在原有梧州至柳(liu)州高速公路上增(zeng)設的項目,位于主線K130+130—K131+080處(chu),采用A形單(dan)喇叭互通(tong)式(shi)(shi)立交(jiao)設計(ji)(ji),設計(ji)(ji)時速40Km/h,匝(za)道(dao)最小平曲線半徑50m。六巷互通(tong)采用整體式(shi)(shi)現(xian)澆(jiao)箱(xiang)梁施工的橋梁共計(ji)(ji)4座,整體式(shi)(shi)現(xian)澆(jiao)高度(du)(du)最高達34m,地處(chu)低山丘陵區,地形條件(jian)復雜,材料運(yun)輸困難等(deng)種(zhong)種(zhong)不(bu)利條件(jian)造成了六巷互通(tong)現(xian)澆(jiao)箱(xiang)梁施工難度(du)(du)高、技(ji)術(shu)要(yao)求高、施工作(zuo)業繁瑣的特點。
梧柳7標采用(yong)新工(gong)(gong)藝、新技術(shu)攻(gong)克了(le)(le)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)式現(xian)澆(jiao)高度大(da)且地形復(fu)雜條件下高難度的(de)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)式現(xian)澆(jiao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong),裝配式螺(luo)旋管支(zhi)架(jia)是整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)式現(xian)澆(jiao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中的(de)亮點,裝配式高大(da)螺(luo)旋管支(zhi)架(jia)的(de)應用(yong),有力推進了(le)(le)六(liu)巷互通施(shi)工(gong)(gong)生產,項(xiang)(xiang)目技術(shu)人員還以裝配式高大(da)螺(luo)旋管支(zhi)架(jia)為科研活動的(de)基礎,成(cheng)功(gong)發布了(le)(le)2項(xiang)(xiang)QC成(cheng)果和1項(xiang)(xiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法(fa)。
