學(xue)校(xiao)是人(ren)才(cai)(cai)步入社會前極為關鍵的學(xue)習(xi)載(zai)體,集團公(gong)司(si)特別注重校(xiao)企人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養聯(lian)動,在(zai)部(bu)分院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)陸續開展了“企業(ye)課堂(tang)”“名師講堂(tang)”“科普校(xiao)園”等人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養形式,陸續在(zai)桂(gui)林理工大學(xue)、廣西交通職業(ye)技術學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)立了校(xiao)企合作關系,成(cheng)立了“路(lu)建(jian)(jian)學(xue)徒班”,派(pai)集團公(gong)司(si)資(zi)深專家到“路(lu)建(jian)(jian)班”現場授課,安(an)排“路(lu)建(jian)(jian)班”學(xue)員到集團公(gong)司(si)實(shi)習,推動(dong)了人才(cai)(cai)的交流(liu)互動(dong)和(he)共同培(pei)養(yang)。校企聯合培(pei)養(yang),為優(you)(you)秀學生提(ti)前進入(ru)(ru)集(ji)團公(gong)司(si)提(ti)供了便捷通道,也(ye)讓(rang)集(ji)團公(gong)司(si)更好地(di)吸納優(you)(you)秀學生進入(ru)(ru)到新員工隊伍,極(ji)大地(di)夯實(shi)了人才(cai)(cai)來源根基。

導師帶徒,筑牢人才成長平臺
在每(mei)(mei)年(nian)新員工(gong)入職(zhi)報到前(qian),集團(tuan)公(gong)司就已經根據新員工(gong)的專業特點和人才需求制定了《導(dao)(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)活動實施方(fang)(fang)案(an)》,科學(xue)制定各崗位教學(xue)要點及教學(xue)計劃,為每(mei)(mei)一位新員工(gong)安排業務(wu)能力強的導(dao)(dao)師(shi)進行為期(qi)1年(nian)的傳幫(bang)帶(dai)活動,讓新員工(gong)迅速成才。新員工(gong)入職(zhi)培(pei)訓期(qi)間(jian),師(shi)徒(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)現場簽署《導(dao)(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)協議(yi)書》,領(ling)取導(dao)(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)學(xue)習筆記本、導(dao)(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)教學(xue)日(ri)記、導(dao)(dao)師(shi)帶(dai)徒(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)考核(he)方(fang)(fang)案(an)等學(xue)習材料(liao),明(ming)確傳、幫(bang)、帶(dai)的內容、時間(jian)、目標(biao)和要求。通過每(mei)(mei)個季度開(kai)展的“導(dao)(dao)師(shi)座談面(mian)對(dui)面(mian)”“員工(gong)大講堂•比學趕幫超”“我(wo)進步我(wo)來(lai)說”等(deng)特色活動(dong)(dong),與各(ge)業務(wu)部(bu)門的專業性輪崗、輪點(dian)培訓,培養新(xin)員工動(dong)(dong)手(shou)能力、現場組織能力、團隊協作(zuo)能力等(deng)。
