在回訪和(he)(he)督(du)查(cha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中,督(du)查(cha)小組(zu)主要采取(qu)參觀新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)、生活環(huan)境(jing),查(cha)看(kan)導(dao)師(shi)帶徒活動記錄、個別談(tan)心(xin)和(he)(he)組(zu)織座談(tan)會等方(fang)式進(jin)行。通過(guo)回訪和(he)(he)督(du)查(cha)發現(xian),經過(guo)入職培訓(xun)和(he)(he)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的(de)關懷,各(ge)位(wei)新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)很快適應了項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)和(he)(he)生活環(huan)境(jing),通過(guo)導(dao)師(shi)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)的(de)指(zhi)導(dao),新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)能力(li)上從(cong)無從(cong)下手到慢慢承擔起崗(gang)位(wei)重任(ren)的(de)轉變(bian),思想上比較樂觀、積極。導(dao)師(shi)們基本(ben)上按照各(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)教學計(ji)劃開展指(zhi)導(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),部分項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)還(huan)根據項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)實際(ji)創新人才(cai)培養方(fang)式,取(qu)得一(yi)(yi)定(ding)效果(guo)。
