強基礎 育人(ren)才 創改擴建(jian)標桿工程
9月(yue)7日(ri),我公(gong)(gong)司(si)董事(shi)長(chang)趙亞飛與廣西桂海(hai)高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)副總經理(li)覃(tan)新江(jiang)帶領(ling)的檢查(cha)(cha)組(zu)一同深入六(liu)伶(ling)1標(biao)進(jin)行現(xian)場檢查(cha)(cha)。趙亞飛董事(shi)長(chang)在檢查(cha)(cha)中強調項目(mu)要強化基礎(chu),培(pei)育人(ren)才,爭創(chuang)改擴建項目(mu)標(biao)桿工程。
趙亞飛董事(shi)長、覃新江副總經理一行(xing)沿線查看(kan)了項(xiang)(xiang)目現場(chang)施工情況,并(bing)認真聽取了項(xiang)(xiang)目所作的拌(ban)合站、預制場(chang)和(he)工區駐地標準化“三集中”建設(she)規劃和(he)建設(she)進度的匯(hui)報。同時(shi),業(ye)主檢查組對項(xiang)目駐地“四化”建(jian)設(she)、人(ren)員(yuan)設(she)備履(lv)約、施工準備、交(jiao)安組織設(she)計及落實等方面進(jin)行了檢查。
在檢(jian)查結(jie)束后的總結(jie)會(hui)議上(shang),檢(jian)查組通報(bao)了檢(jian)查情(qing)況,充分肯定(ding)了六伶1標前期工作取得的成績(ji),并對現場存(cun)在一(yi)些(xie)問題及不(bu)足進(jin)行了分析,針對性地提出了具(ju)體要(yao)求。一是(shi)(shi)要做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)計(ji)劃,抓(zhua)好(hao)落實,采取“四個非常”舉措推(tui)進各項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo);二是(shi)(shi)要做(zuo)(zuo)到(dao)路(lu)基(ji)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)粗(cu)活(huo)細(xi)干,橋梁(liang)隧道(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)細(xi)活(huo)精(jing)干,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)內(nei)業管理精(jing)益求精(jing);三是(shi)(shi)要建章立制,嚴格履約,認真(zhen)執行首件工(gong)程認可制,樹立標(biao)桿意(yi)識;四是(shi)(shi)要加強學習培訓,做(zuo)(zuo)到(dao)“四個熟悉(xi)”(熟悉(xi)規范、熟悉(xi)設(she)計(ji)、熟悉(xi)合(he)同和(he)(he)熟悉(xi)現(xian)場)、“三個了(le)解”(了(le)解國家重要建設(she)方針政策、了(le)解監(jian)理程序和(he)(he)了(le)解項(xiang)目建設(she)目標(biao))、“三點(dian)(dian)”(抓(zhua)好(hao)重點(dian)(dian)、解決難(nan)點(dian)(dian)和(he)(he)創建亮點(dian)(dian))。
根據業主的檢查情(qing)況及提出(chu)的整改意見(jian),趙亞飛董事長進(jin)行(xing)了進(jin)一(yi)步的深入分(fen)析,指(zhi)出(chu)了存在不足原因,并要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)項目一(yi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)提高認識(shi),強(qiang)(qiang)化建(jian)設理念(nian),創建(jian)改擴建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程標桿工(gong)(gong)(gong)程;二要(yao)(yao)(yao)強(qiang)(qiang)化基礎(chu)建(jian)設,要(yao)(yao)(yao)充分(fen)認識(shi)到(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組織設計的編制(zhi)對(dui)(dui)開(kai)展施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的指(zhi)導作用,要(yao)(yao)(yao)意識(shi)到(dao)改擴建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程與新建(jian)路的區別(bie)并進(jin)行(xing)有針對(dui)(dui)性地(di)(di)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設;三要(yao)(yao)(yao)重視人(ren)才培養工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,為公司改擴建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)培養貯備管理人(ren)才;四要(yao)(yao)(yao)實行(xing)例(li)會制(zhi)度,通(tong)過會議宣(xuan)貫標準化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)理念(nian),更(geng)好地(di)(di)落實業主的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。
