——梧柳(liu)7標(biao)澆筑(zhu)完成第500根樁基
近日,在(zai)梧(wu)柳(liu)7標全(quan)體員(yuan)工齊心協(xie)力的努力下(xia)(xia),順利澆筑完成(cheng)第500根橋梁(liang)樁(zhuang)基(ji),項目(mu)的橋梁(liang)施工在(zai)高山深谷中穩步推進(jin)。梧(wu)柳(liu)7標路線全(quan)長15.6公(gong)(gong)里,橋梁(liang)隧(sui)(sui)道總長占10.7公(gong)(gong)里,橋隧(sui)(sui)造價占總產值(zhi)比近80%。梧(wu)柳(liu)7標是(shi)集(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司有史以來最(zui)大(da)的項目(mu),也是(shi)橋隧(sui)(sui)比最(zui)高的一個項目(mu)。在(zai)前(qian)期(qi)充足的準備下(xia)(xia),自2014年(nian)11月下(xia)(xia)達開(kai)工令后(hou),項目(mu)橋梁(liang)樁(zhuang)基(ji)施工全(quan)面鋪(pu)開(kai),開(kai)平(ping)臺(tai)、急運(yun)輸、搶澆筑快速推進(jin),克服(fu)了(le)運(yun)輸極度困難、雨水天氣泛濫、技術人員(yuan)和勞務隊(dui)伍(wu)緊缺(que)等困難,取得澆筑樁(zhuang)基(ji)近50%的成(cheng)績。
精兵強將 勇擔重(zhong)擔
梧(wu)柳(liu)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)共分為10個(ge)標段,梧(wu)柳(liu)7標是10個(ge)標段中橋隧(sui)比最(zui)高(gao)(gao)、施工條件(jian)最(zui)艱險和施工難(nan)度(du)最(zui)大的(de)一個(ge)項目,即(ji)使在廣西(xi)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)史上也屬罕見(jian)。設計橋梁(liang)32座總(zong)長7.6公(gong)(gong)里,樁基(ji)1077根,墩(dun)柱811根,T梁(liang)2802片。隧(sui)道4座總(zong)長3.1公(gong)(gong)里,橋隧(sui)長度(du)占總(zong)長比達(da)67%;中標(biao)價為12.5億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),有效合同(tong)(tong)價11.37億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),橋隧產值8.72億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),占總合同(tong)(tong)價的76.6%。便道和(he)主線所經之處都是深溝大壑、地勢險峻,風化石(shi)地質穩定(ding)性極差。
10個(ge)標段的(de)(de)承(cheng)建企業多(duo)為“中”字頭央(yang)企或國(guo)內知名特級省(sheng)企,梧柳7標的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)難(nan)度對于一個(ge)國(guo)家(jia)公路工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)總(zong)承(cheng)包壹級資質的(de)(de)地方施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位來(lai)說頗具挑戰。梧柳7標項(xiang)(xiang)目管理團(tuan)隊成員大多(duo)沒有接觸過大型的(de)(de)橋(qiao)梁施(shi)工(gong)(gong),大規模的(de)(de)橋(qiao)隧施(shi)工(gong)(gong)經驗十分有限,這使(shi)得項(xiang)(xiang)目開展難(nan)上加難(nan)。
面對如此惡劣(lie)施(shi)工環境和(he)橋(qiao)隧(sui)(sui)人才緊(jin)缺的(de)(de)困境,梧柳(liu)7標采取外部求援內部培養的(de)(de)方(fang)式組建精(jing)(jing)兵強將的(de)(de)橋(qiao)隧(sui)(sui)技術團(tuan)隊。項(xiang)目從(cong)集團(tuan)公(gong)司調(diao)配(pei)橋(qiao)梁、隧(sui)(sui)道施(shi)工經驗(yan)豐富(fu)的(de)(de)人員同時(shi),項(xiang)目開展橋(qiao)梁隧(sui)(sui)道施(shi)工技術專題培訓,營造出(chu)濃厚的(de)(de)橋(qiao)隧(sui)(sui)技術學習氛圍,努力培養出(chu)一大批橋(qiao)隧(sui)(sui)人才。隨(sui)著團(tuan)隊默契感不(bu)斷(duan)增強,項(xiang)目的(de)(de)整體效(xiao)率也在不(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)高(gao),梧柳(liu)7標正以頑強拼搏的(de)(de)態度,克(ke)難攻堅的(de)(de)決心(xin),力創精(jing)(jing)品(pin)工程(cheng),展現(xian)路建鐵軍的(de)(de)風范(fan)。
逢(feng)山(shan)開路 遇(yu)水架橋
高架橋(qiao)在山(shan)谷中蜿蜒(yan)跨越江(jiang)河湖泊,長(chang)(chang)隧道(dao)穿過(guo)崇(chong)山(shan)峻嶺,橋(qiao)接(jie)隧道(dao)、隧道(dao)接(jie)橋(qiao)——這是梧(wu)柳7標(biao)最直觀的印象。梧(wu)柳7標(biao)沿線地質(zhi)(zhi)條件(jian)復雜,地面起伏大(da),山(shan)體(ti)陡(dou)峭,溝壑沖槽分(fen)布廣泛,山(shan)體(ti)表面以風(feng)化石為(wei)(wei)主,地質(zhi)(zhi)穩定(ding)性差。加之雨季(ji)較長(chang)(chang),山(shan)體(ti)滑坡、泥石流塌方等地質(zhi)(zhi)災害(hai)高發,造(zao)成工作面狹(xia)窄,施(shi)工環境惡劣,施(shi)工技術要(yao)求高,成為(wei)(wei)制約項目建設的重(zhong)要(yao)因素。
梧柳7標地(di)處大瑤山(shan)腹地(di),交通閉(bi)塞,僅(jin)有一(yi)條3.5米寬的(de)村級水泥路(lu)通往外(wai)部,路(lu)面狹(xia)窄彎曲(qu)(qu)導致大型機(ji)械(xie)、貨車進場(chang)較為困難。而連接項目(mu)的(de)舊有運輸(shu)道(dao)路(lu)基本沒(mei)有,全線運輸(shu)只(zhi)能依靠項目(mu)自己開(kai)辟的(de)一(yi)條長達(da)23公里(li)的(de)縱向便(bian)道(dao)、搭設的(de)10座鋼(gang)棧橋來完成。但(dan)是由于(yu)楓木界隧道(dao)將(jiang)項目(mu)一(yi)分(fen)為二,加(jia)上縱向便(bian)道(dao)蜿蜒分(fen)布(bu),項目(mu)管理路(lu)線長達(da)58公里(li)。豐(feng)沛的(de)雨水經常造(zao)成狹(xia)窄曲(qu)(qu)折(zhe)的(de)便(bian)道(dao)淤泥沉積(ji),材料無(wu)法運輸(shu)。
復(fu)雜的(de)地質條件,緊(jin)張的(de)運(yun)輸便道也不(bu)能阻擋項(xiang)目(mu)前進的(de)步伐(fa),梧柳7標采取(qu)多(duo)舉措消除(chu)不(bu)利因素,加密維修施(shi)工(gong)(gong)便道,抓住晴天加緊(jin)施(shi)工(gong)(gong),創新工(gong)(gong)法,簡化材料運(yun)輸環節,提高工(gong)(gong)作效率。
水上跑車 深山臥龍
復雜的地質條件,也導(dao)致了施(shi)工難度加大。梧柳7標的32座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)橋(qiao)(qiao)中有(you)23座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)大橋(qiao)(qiao),9座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中橋(qiao)(qiao),且絕大部分是(shi)墩柱高30-50米的高橋(qiao)(qiao)。其(qi)中有(you)20座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)跨河橋(qiao)(qiao)梁,共計(ji)跨河27次,有(you)2座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)大橋(qiao)(qiao)超過600米,楓木界1#大橋(qiao)(qiao)就是(shi)其(qi)中一座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。
楓木(mu)界(jie)1#大橋(qiao)(674米)橫跨水庫,采用水上(shang)(shang)搭設鋼結構平臺(tai)的方案(an)施(shi)工(gong)。該(gai)橋(qiao)共(gong)有樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)(ji)82根,有30根是水下樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),水下樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)深度(du)全部(bu)超(chao)過30米,其中(zhong)最深一根樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)(ji)深達43米。樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)(ji)深度(du)甚至比長(chang)江上(shang)(shang)部(bu)分橋(qiao)梁的樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)(ji)深度(du)還要深,而(er)且還具有作業面多(duo)而(er)分散,施(shi)工(gong)復(fu)雜,施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)要求高的特點(dian)。楓木(mu)界(jie)1#大橋(qiao)堪稱(cheng)梧柳7標控(kong)制性工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)施(shi)工(gong)難(nan)度(du)和復(fu)雜程(cheng)(cheng)度(du)之最。
門(men)(men)頭(tou)河(he)1#大(da)(da)橋(667米)也是(shi)控制(zhi)性工(gong)(gong)(gong)程的特大(da)(da)橋梁,但(dan)與(yu)楓木界1#大(da)(da)橋相(xiang)比施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術相(xiang)對簡單,但(dan)是(shi)在(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)質地(di)貌及(ji)交(jiao)通條(tiao)件上(shang)卻是(shi)全(quan)線最艱難的。門(men)(men)頭(tou)河(he)1#大(da)(da)橋施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)貌復雜,在(zai)深(shen)谷和(he)絕壁中4次(ci)跨(kua)河(he)。項(xiang)目沿山(shan)開鑿的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)便(bian)(bian)道寬度不(bu)夠,山(shan)路狹窄彎(wan)急坡多,運送大(da)(da)型施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)材料十分不(bu)方(fang)便(bian)(bian)。在(zai)橋梁樁位(wei)調研時,為了(le)得(de)到(dao)準確的橋墩位(wei)置(zhi),制(zhi)定(ding)出(chu)科學的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,集團公司總工(gong)(gong)(gong)程師張坤球和(he)項(xiang)目領(ling)導(dao)班子及(ji)全(quan)體技(ji)(ji)術人員(yuan)只能通過翻山(shan)越嶺,趟河(he)涉水開展調研,才最終確定(ding)該橋的專項(xiang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度可想而知(zhi)。
開拓創(chuang)新 推進施工
雖然梧柳7標施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)條件艱險(xian)和施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度大,但并(bing)沒有嚇(xia)倒路(lu)建(jian)鐵軍,橋隧技術人(ren)員迎難而上(shang)。在張坤球(qiu)總(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程師的帶領下針對(dui)制約(yue)梧柳7標施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的因(yin)素,攻(gong)堅(jian)克難,總(zong)結(jie)橋隧施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)經驗(yan),研發(fa)實用(yong)型專利:圓(yuan)柱模附模腳(jiao)手架,較傳(chuan)統(tong)方法(fa)墩柱施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)速度提高(gao)(gao)了(le)4倍,對(dui)項目施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)起到了(le)巨大的促進(jin)作用(yong)。大膽創(chuang)新(xin)研發(fa)新(xin)型工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa),提高(gao)(gao)了(le)項目施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效率和施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝水(shui)平,為打造(zao)精品工(gong)(gong)(gong)程奠(dian)定了(le)堅(jian)實的基(ji)礎。
梧(wu)柳(liu)7標建設團隊(dui)頑(wan)強拼搏,大膽創新,在這樣的(de)(de)崇(chong)山峻(jun)嶺(ling)中,已經(jing)完成(cheng)樁基500根,墩柱136根,系梁112根,蓋梁32片。隨(sui)著(zhu)旱季(ji)的(de)(de)到(dao)來(lai),梧(wu)柳(liu)7標已經(jing)吹響(xiang)旱季(ji)攻堅(jian)號角,全(quan)員行(xing)動(dong)起來(lai)加入到(dao)旱季(ji)施(shi)工大會(hui)戰(zhan),朝(chao)著(zhu)2015年完成(cheng)大部分下構施(shi)工的(de)(de)目標邁進。
